Unhappy with mtn and there ****.

I am tired of MTN , numerous times i phone to resolve a problem which is on mtn side with my top up contract. They just keep diss activated my phone and with lots off fights now my airtime disappeared. Nothing gets resolved, and im tired to explain and explain. My details on my account is in correct in compare what i have sign to upgrade my contract, so who dont do there work and how can you keep on phone to resolve the issue and mtn doesnt do anything about the situation. NEED HELP, HELP HELP AND MORE HELP.
