Unhappy with MTN and their customer service

i accidentally bought airtime worth of R910 today 20 January 2024 when i had intended to buy R10 airtime using my Capitec App. I called both Capitec and MTN for assistance and you both referred me to the other one for assistance. But none of you both were interested in resolving my matter or giving an alternative solution. I am quite unhappy and unsatisfied as R910 is a lot of money to lose on airtime!!!
