Unhappy with airtime

I'm seriously dissatisfied with the way my airtime dissappears without even making a single call. I bought R90 airtime last night and R60 was immediately taken by extra time, how ever I woke up with R17 airtime and as we speak I'm onto R0 and haven't even made a single call, even when I take out the extra time it just disappears
