Unhappy Upgrader

I upgraded and had a Tablet included in the deal. When I registered for it at Samsung I needed a contract or invoice. It's been almost a month since my upgrade but no invoice or contract. I still have both packages on my name. Why is it so hard ?...? 😫 ***
