Unhappy staff or they feel entitled?

Most of the staff at Blue Route Centre in Cape Town look as if they are at a funeral and the grim Reaper has arrived. In addition, MTN have a new app that doesn't work. but every time I go onto the old app, I get this message, "You have logged into the old MTN App. Our amazing new MTN App is faster, smarter and packed with features! New moves. Get it now: https://mtn.io/app-download". When I asked one of the staff I was told it doesn't work!!!
