Unhappy pensioner.

26 March I phoned MTN head office they put me through to one of their consultants to see if I can cancel my contract which expires on the 7th of April. Who kindly informed me that I have to pay between R1600- R1800 to cancel my contract. I've been with MTN since they took over from Aleth Autopage, I have NEVER missed a payment because it is a stop order. I'm a pensioner I cannot afford a new contract and I want pay as you do. I think this is a damn ******* from MTN to want me to pay this amount of money for 2 weeks. MTN is this how you treat customers of 15 years long?
