Unhappy Note 9 client.

So I have an issue with mtn since I've upgraded I am waiting on assesories that should come with the deal I have at MTN. I've been paying this new adjusted amount since I saw the deal which was last year September. Whenever I go in to ask when will the assesories be delivered to my property I always get an answer to say they still waiting on stock or theres always an excuse. However when I paid my account recently they said they dont have those assesories anymore they have a LED monitor which Samsung provide with the Samsung note which is also a deal at MTN. I was about to apply for it but then I realized I never signed up for a monitor.

I'm suppose to get three assesories besides the ones in the box. I am really an unhappy client. I tried contacting complaints aswell I have prove of all the emails and they never responded.

And before I had the s7 edge and I never had this problem so what is the issue.
