Unhappy mtn customer

Morning... Im disappointed with mtn in Bredasdorp..i had an upgrade in March.my phone software went so they send it away for fixing..i had to go in every time to find out, whats happening...and when my phone came.its an older phone with lots of scratches.plus theres and old photo on it....i just feel thats daylight rubbery...please what must i do...
