Unhappy MTN customer

I took a contact with MTN on the 10th of January 2021, which gives me R120 airtime + Huawei P30 Lite but I am unable to use the airtime because im unable to make outgoing calls. It gives me an error which says "Call is barred to companion pay as you go cuctomers." What hurts me the most is that I have been calling MTN since January its almost 4 months now, and they are not assisting/coming up with solution to my problem, yet they are debiting. Im not happy at all, they keep telling me they logged a call.
