Unhappy mtn customer

Hi I'm one of your mtn customer and I'm very disappointed with their service on MTN direct at Benoni lakeside store where they told me they can't help me and mtn call center is worse where I spend 2 hour, sending me to one person to another pillar to post everyone can't assist me.

I've got a problem of my mtn contract account *** it's been barren from 28/02/25 and I can't get help from call center and mtn stores.They tell me I'm owing a payment of 2023 and 2024 april of which I don't understand why they are telling me now and mtn account it's been handed over and no one informed me about that .I don't understand that because I've never missed a payment

I'm not going to pay anything until I get explaination
