Unhappy MTN client fed up of struggling

MTN you should choose their partners carefully. MONDO is not a reliable company and has a lot of very unhappy MTN clients. I’m battling with them currently with regards to a contract upgrade. It has been such a mission that I requested the upgrade application to be cancelled. Even that is too difficult for them to do. In end end I’ve decided to just cancel my contract when it expires in September. Hopefully someone will be able to get that right the first time.
