Unhappy MTN Client

A MTN salesperson phone in January explaining that my contract is nearing its end, I did explain to him that I not ready yet to renew my contract but he insisted that I listen to his offer. He explained that I will actually get more data on the new plan than on the current plan. I was paying R349 a month on previous plan and he would bring the monthly payment down to R249 a month with more data. Currently I getting less data on the current plan and I am not happy about. The sales person actually **** to me and MNT is not willing to cancel this contract.
