Unhappy MTN client
Don't even deserve a star. Got a sms saying they will deduct the amount on the 31th. Today is the 29th, due to MTN I have to go in to do the payment. MTN is the worst. The amount is even more than the other months, I wasn't even one month late with my payment!

Kindly note that your debit order has been scheduled for today the 31 December 2018 as per the sms you received. The amount to be debited is slightly more because of the Returned Debit order fees.
Your payment method however has been changed to Cash and debit orders will no longer be scheduled from January 2019, you will need to manually pay your MTN account at the nearest MTN store or by using the following details:
Bank : ABSABeneficiary Name : MTN SPBeneficiary Account Number : ***Branch Code : 632005Deposit Reference : your MTN account number or Contract Cellphone number
Please be assured that it is not our intention to displease you and we look forward to continue improving on our service delivery to you.
