Unhappy MTN client!

Bought an MTN device on 10July 2018 by 31st July I brought it back for defects, its been over 2months since HVCRepairs centre had my device! Efforts in escalating the matter has been fruitless! Their "no service" is absolutely appalling! I want this sale cancelled or a new device should be issued!
