Unhappy long-term customer.

I am beyond disgusted with the service I have received in the last 2 months. As a long-term customer, I've never been this frustrated or disappointed!

I was double debited last month, so on my statement this month it showed a credit note was loaded so I owe 0 this month, and yet yesterday, I was still debited my normal amount!!! I now don't have enough in my account for the rest of my fees etc to go off, let alone to survive on until next payday!

At this rate, I will be cancelling my 2 contracts when they come up for renewal. Being messed around and put into financially impossible spots 2 months in a row is completely UNACCEPTABLE.
