UNHAPPY ENDING

What a sad ending i have been with mtn for more than 10 years and now am facing problems i have been trying to call customer care no one wants to assist me thy just drop the phone after hearing your story i don't even know what to do as am sitting with a phone that can't make or receive calls yest am paying for it monthly guys who want new contracts kindly look for other service providers as mtn will break your hearts
