Unhappy customers!

Good day all

MTN SA your service is so unprofessional. Why can none get back to you when you email your issues? If you call you on hold for hours and still not get serviced.

I have canceled my contracts with you and yet I'm still being charged for a service I do not have with you. I go into the stores and they not willing to help and so rude but then your staff calls all day to offer unnecessary deals with me which I keep on saying no to. Please can you get back to me it's really ridiculous how your service has dropped.
