UNHAPPY CUSTOMER-[Ticket ID: 855436] CLAIM FORMS COMPLAINT

MTN insurance , i requested my phone to be repaired and when i asked for a loan phone i was told that they dont give loan phoned , and when i complain about that I was then told that i did not take the loan phone option when i was taking the insurance , which i was not even offered. I was forced to cancel my insurance and after it was cancelled i received a call that my claim was still active and i must decide whether to carry on of if they can cancel the claim.

after sending this to the CEO and complaints department i did not receive any assistance.

I feel that MTN insurance ****** me, as they told me today that my insurance was cancelled so my claim is not valid.
