Unhappy customer

App**** for a contract online last week Friday, no one has bothered to call me, I have sent emails to customer, complaints and even the CEO no one bothers to respond to my emails. When I call am just being transferred from one person to another and still no clear update regarding my application. If you can’t help why not say so and I’ll take my money elsewhere. I just thought the process will be smooth since I already have one contract with you
