Unhappy customer - called 12 times, without any luck

I have got a MTN account, with 6 numbers. I have requested 1 of the numbers *** to be terminated early. I have called several times, holding on for extremely long times. 13 April: 9:31 - 35 minutes, 10:06 - 43 minutes, 13:29 - 1 hour and 14 minutes. The phone was answered and the lady informed me that they are offline. 14 April, hold on for 1 hour 28 minutes. A lady assisted me, informing me that my early termination fee is R4018. I called again 22 April, my phone call was 1 hour and 3 minutes. A different person assisted me - Pumzile. She advised me that my early termination fee is R5428 now. She said that the previous person, 14 April, did advise me that the amount is excl VAT, but she never informed me that I will have to pay a months subscription, as part of the early termination fee. I request her to send me a quotation of this, as I need to send it to my husband's work, to pay. She also said that the manager, Msizi, will call me, regarding the huge difference in the fees. 26 April - I have phoned 4 times, just to be cut off, because it seems that MTN retention department, all took long week-ends, on this Monday. In total, I have hold on for 1 hour 23 minutes, without speaking to anybody. Today, 28 April, I have phoned again 10:50, holded on for 10 minutes, cut off. 11:01 I have called again, hold on for 59 minutes. Spoke to Kululeko. Because I held on for so long, I had to attend a meeting and ask Kululeko, if he can proceed talking to my husband. He said he cannot, but promised to phone me back, at 13:00. It is 20:00 now, I have not receive a call back from anybody. 12 calls and so much time wasted. I just need a proper quote from MTN, with the details included: The number***, with the early termination fee, when it is payable and the account number where it needs to be paid. I really cannot understand how this can be so hard to get a reply? I have another 5 contracts and in the 30 years with MTN, I have never been so frustrated. Can I get somebody to send me the quotation, as requested, so that I can terminate this number. Thank you
