Good day, I have been trying to get my number activated since 31 October 2025. This is my only personal number, but MTN has not been able to activate it or complete the SIM swap. I have visited multiple times without any resolution. Each time, a request was logged, but it has never been processed. Please assist urgently with the following reference numbers:
