Unhappy customer awaiting refund

Hi, I signed up for an MTN WiFi and and was given the router no issues encountered til I got home and the router was fine but there was no internet ,according to their system there is coverage so I opted to return after continuously trying to make it work. Everything went smoothly and the router was returned,the refund part is where the issue arised because the process as now taken at least 2 months and I still haven’t been refunded so I’m very unhappy with the way MTN does business and i hope this issue gets resolved as soon as possible before I take legal action.
