UNHAPPY CUSTOMER A VERY FUSTRATED CUSTOMER

I took out an insurance with mtn but the insurance was under santam for MTN the sales person at Mtn East Rand Mall did not explain anything regarding how the insurance works with santam and MTN cellphone the only thing that was explained to me was that I'm covered with the all risk cover on the 19th of January when my device got lost i claimed and i only got a reply on the 5th of February 2024 i tried disputing the matter but the consultants at santam were not helpful at all...Its only when i got my rejection letter where i learned that i had to have my sim card at all times in my device and that i could cover a second MTN number I wouldnt recommend anyone get service from MTN or Santam insurance as they are not helpful at all and they always look for excuses to bring a person down id advice a person go to any other ISP besides Mtn and funny enough my cousin took out a contract with MTN but using a vodacom number on her device when it was lost she did get back her device so im really dissapointed and dissatisfied with MTN and sanlam cellphone insurance
