Unhappy Customer!

On the 20th of September an agent from mtn said she was gonna cancel a contract I had with them for a new plan which was cheaper, instead she conducted an upgrade without my consent. Then I asked for an upgrade reversal on the 07th of October and I was told it was done, but even today the upgrade hasn't been reversed. I've complained and called so many times without any resolution.
