Unhappy customer

Am not happy with MTN insurance I have been calling them since Wednesday they keep telling me to wait for 24 hrs they are very unprofessional and *********** I received an email saying my phone will be delivered the next day but until today they are still saying tomorrow and when you ask why they say they don't know why I was told the phone will delivered the previous day am really not happy shame
