Unhappy customer...

I exchanged some points for Debonairs an Checkers vouchers. But they don't work!!! I contacted MTN and they asked for the voucher numbers. The vouchers has since expired and MTN doesn't answer my emails. I feel they just strung me along hoping the problem will go away. Now I'm a unhappy customer!! I'm sure the intention of the partner vouchers was to make the customers happy??
