Unhappy customer

Last year October I had a bad experience with MTN I'm not happy with their service even today I'm still not okay with them they don't want to refund my money I return their router but they deducted my money for what I don't n't know if even today I'm still waiting just R509 they asked for banking details I gave them but still nothing I'm not happy shame
