Unhappy Customer

This is the second time l write about MTN South Africa incompetence, they haven't responded to my initial complaint about their rude and arrogant employee by the name of Mbali. That lady deliberately misled me into calling the cancellation department on a weekend whilst she knew clearly that the said department will be closed on weekends, furthermore upon insisting on her that she put me through, she deliberately frustrated me by placing me in hold for some 15 minutes. I eventually hung up and called again, when the next consultant answered he put me through in 4 minutes. MTN South Africa has got the reference number to my call which is ***
