Unhappy customer

I am a disappointed customer, i did a sim swap for my number and it was successful and even got a txt message to tell my that my sim swap was successful. My number was active only for a day and was disconnected, i called the call centre for help and i was told to switch off my phone for 5minutes for it to be reconnected of which i did, after a day it it never worked and i called again the call centre for assistance and was told that it was inactive should do the process of switching my phone off again for them to reconnect me of which i did and even to the lady that assisted me that" i hope this is the last time i am calling you guys concerning my SIM swap of which i was guaranteed that it was and i was not going to call them again. It so happened it was not successful and i called again only to be told i can't have my number back and it was recycled. My argument is why wasn't i told this the first time with your agents do they use different systems because how can 3Agents not pick it up that my number was recycled and only the 4th agent tells me that and didn't even try to help and be rude about it and didn't even want to listen to me because he thinks i am speaking nonsense. Your services are terrible and i don't think i will ever use your services ever again. This shows incompetence and lack of care for your customers through your agents
