Unhappy customer (6 days unresolved technical problem)

I've been unable to make outgoing calls with mtn airtime & all-net minutes since from Saturday, called mtn customer care number 4 to 5 times a day asking to be helped & the agents tried to reset, reactivate my number but still the problem couldn't be solved so the agent escalated this issue to their technician but im still experiencing the same problem. I bought 30 days minutes that i can't use & on Saturday after the mtn agent reactivated & re-setted my number i was told to buy airtime & try to make a call using airtime but i couldn't make a call so i bought another 7 days all-net minutes & tried calling but still experienced the same problem so at the moment mtn is unable to help me for 6 days & what's gonna happen to the 7 days minutes i bought but couldn't use cause they are about to expire and no one is willing to help resolve the problem im experiencing. This is not how you treat your loyal customers, i've been an mtn customer for more that 20 years & this is the kind of service I get ***).
