unhappy customer

I always buy airtime and data but my data vanishes with my airtime. im really tired of this because it goes on every time I buy airtime. apparently I cannot get hold of them. im even thinking of changing my network to another efficient network. I want my airtime and 2 months data. if it continues I will definitely leave this network again. I came back for the good service people were telling me about but now its its not working for me. I will also port this number to another network if I don't get feedback by Friday the 19th of June 2015. <br> your reply will be highly appreciated
