Unhappy Customer

I took a mobile wife router at Mtn on the 6th may 2019 for R239 which gives me 20GB Day and 20GB Night i am very happy with the packaged but all of a sudden the explainable happened. after i recieved Pro Rata data i recieved 30GB Promotional data which last for 30/31 Days untop of that i recieved my 20GB day of which i did not finished and it carried over, on the 10/11 June because my app was telling me something different i phone MTN to ask how much remaining data i have i was told i have over 11GB then next Day 20MG was added it is 12 Days i am told plus minus 31GB is finished. so i called i was assisted by a lady name Lerato Chauke ref no ***, who gave me a breakdown of how my data was used which did not make sense.

These are the date she used while describing my data usage DATE: 12-24th July Whattsup 19G 12-24th JulyFacebook 12G 12-24th July Web Browsing 4G 12-24th July Youtube 3.5G 12-24th July Instagram 12-24th July Google browsing 1.2GB 12-24th July Huawei Update of which i am well aware off it was a once of hotspot 900mb.

Now what is confusing me is that all that is mentioned amounts to about 43.1GB, when i queried this how do i have 31 G but end up using 43.1 G. Lerato states that i was using watsup during the night( I DO NOT USE MY NIGHT DATA PLUS I LIVE ALONE SO HOW IS IT POSSIBLE, I HAVE A PASSWORD ON MY rOUTER SO ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO SAY MY NEIGHBOURS HAVE BEEN USING MY DATA, the one video call i remember very well i was on and its still on my log list after twelve@NIGHT was about 1,2 GB. I Manually calculated the video calls on watsup they come to about 9,2GB the ones and that is normally from 6 when i wake up before i got to bed. i am not sure about is watsup text of which its impossible to calculate that so am i being told that i used over 10GB over Wattsup texting for 12 Days? if Video calling came to 9,8GB but watsup says i used 19GB according to Ms Chauke that means i used 10GB to watsup text?

this is a first can someone explain this to me i need to know where my data is. to add it took Ms Molapo a while to explain these as she kept putting me on hold to go check. i had to be on hold on two occassions while she was trying to figure out what happened, it still does not make sense.
