Unhappy Customer

i been contacted by MTN to open up a contract with them, i was given, i agreed to the contract and was told to receive the package within next week - i was then contacted to say some of my details were incorrect and would have to update it in order to receive my package, i have contacted both the courier company and MTN to update it but still no feedback , eachtime i call i get given the run around - i get transferred from one department to another but no assist is given . I find this very unprofessional, as im constantly on the phone with them
