Unhappy customer

I have been treated so unfairly by this Company, I have been waiting for my refund for two weeks unsuccessfully. I was told that it would take 2 to 7 days. Their communication with members is disgusting, they dont get back to you and when they finally do. You get given robotic feedback. Im so disappointed in MTN
