Unhappy customer

Hi I have a complaint about bluff MTN my contract fone went in for repairs because it was not charging on the 3rd Sept ..it came back and still was not fixed went in again came back fixed without the cover and screen protector they have promised to replace but up to date nothing ..never return calls, don't update customer service is terrible .I am not prepared to buy those things again hence I'm not using da phone n still paying the contract please help thanks
