This is a third review I'm writing about MTN

In March of this year MTN did not debit from my account as I have a contract phone under them.

I noticed a day later and I informed them of this. A lady from the call centre told me that they had a problem with their System they couldn't debit from their customer's account from the 22nd till the 25th of March 2016 therefore I asked the lady how was I suppose to make payment , was the debit going to run twice for April since they couldn't debit in March because of their system error.

I told the lady that I was unable to make double payment for April since it was not on my budget and their fault again, I then arrange to pay extra R100 every month on my instalments to cover the March short fall which was their problem

In April when I got paid MTN debited an amount R1080 which we did not agreed apon, I revered the money after I find out about it, at that time I phoned MTN to let them know about this. The lady I spoke to said she will put it on the system so it doesn't happen again but it did.

This has been happening every month until I told that my account will be cancelled and I will have to pay cash in the MTN bank account, I ended up going to MTN head office three time and again I was promised that I would be assisted. A Gentleman by the name of Jack Phiri after another Gentleman fail to help me

Jack has failed countless times to help me. My phone has been suspended a couple of times and I have told them via emails but still nothing

I've been unhappy with this as I feel that my interest are not being looked after

if they can give me all the I have paid and I will give them their phone back
