Unhappy Customer

Hellopeter Could you kindly please assist me with the issue I have with MTN… I cancelled my contract January 2023 @ the headoffice Roodepoort and was assisted by Dineo and it’s been 2 years now still not cancelled my name in ITC now and the account has been handed over to Saya Lawyers and last week when I called to do a follow up with Dineo she just hanged up on me never even bothered to call me back I’m very disappointed and heart broken by such big company with such a terrible customer service and people that are lazy to do their job!!

Nexthing when you call I get transferred from 1 department to thee other it’s like don’t even have a clue how to resolve the matter… I called saya they asked for proof and I did send it to them but unfortunately they can’t do anything on their side because MTN handed over my account to them for collection this is really frustrating coz I can’t even do anything it shows up everywhere,,,sadly I don’t even have the phone
