Unhappy customer...

Unhappy with their service i have a wifi router was not working they suspended i dont know why because they didnt send me the statement when i called them on Monday they said i owe them R415 yesterday i make payment to when i call again they said i have to pay R500.78 how possible is that i want my money back the full amount plus 50% the money ive use it to call them.... they must come and collect their useless ruoter THEY ARE ROOBING PEOPLE THIS IS DAILY ******* MXM
