Unhappy customer

Hi

The service I have received from MTN is shocking from the 13th of May I have been trying to migrate my number to prepaid and still this has not been done, when I call the call center my calls get rejected and no one even bothers to call me back, I have sent DMs on Twitter still no help they keep saying they will revert back. What kind of service is this, please can someone assist in getting this matter resolved because I am loosing patience.
