Unhappy Contract Customer

I am very un happy with the service on the 11th may 2022 a consultant phone me for an upgrade, so i spoke to him and ask him to upgrade to numbers so he assist me with that that i will get both phones (Samsung galaxy s20 fe) but on the 16th of may i only received one device, so i phoned, and one person tells me no stock, other person tells they have stock and just busy with it at warehouse, 3rd person told me its still at warehouse and 4th person told me no stock different stories the whole time. and I had to hear by a mtn shop that the s20 fe has been discontinued so I phoned back to ask to change my package as it is discontinued and has not received stock yet, But the consultant told me to wait again for 3 to 7 days for someone to call me but i am already waiting since one device has been delivered and the other one hasn't. i am very unhappy and need assistance please
