Unhappy consumer

Im very much disgusted with the poor service i received at MTN store in woodmead i went to open a contract for a new phone then i was told i will be called nothing transpired then i called then i was told again i will be called still nothing happend only to find out when i called for the fourth time my old contract is at legal so i must wait for legal to sort it but yet there was no call logged for legal to sort it out or provide answers as to why i cannot get a new contract with mtn because ive paid up my old contract about 10 to 15 years ago but im still in their data base and they cant tell me what’ts the issue the same with the service provider when you call you are taken from pillar to post its like mission impossible its like hey we dont want your money please take your money somwhere else i was so drained just to get a cellphone then it was like im vating my self and calling and validating my self to get a new contract,i say no to unprofetionalism that i encounted
