Unhappy co tract client

After numerous calls and emails sent, MTN does not get back to you, they rather provide you with empty promises and expect payments to be made but are clearly ignoring my plea for assistance on payments made previously, if I knew Mtn treat their customers with no urgency or competency I would have never signed up with them....
