Unhappy client, wifi connection is useless

I am really disappointed with Mtn. I have a contract with a Wifi router, the signal constantly switches off.. So there's no point of paying for something I cannot use.

I have contacted 3 customer service agents, who informed me more than a week ago that a ticket has been submitted to resolve this.. But nothing has been done.

Nobody has made any contact with me! The signal goes of suddenly for hours at a time.

I have to manually purchase data as a results which is an additional expense.

I asked the customer service agent if there is a problem with my router or the signal, I get responses where nobody is really sure.. They keep guessing.

I was told I have sufficient data, but the system is "idle" etc. I have rebooted my router several time, but have found no joy in these last 3 weeks.
