UNHAPPY CLIENT

I bought 5GB of an entertainment data for Showmax and DSTV now APP but IT DOES NOT WORK. I have bought It before and it has never given me any problems, I actually prefer it because it last me. For some reason the one I bought on Friday doesn't want to connect. I've been calling the Call Centre for days now and it is a new story everyday. My call gets transferred EVERYDAY and ultimately my query isn't resolved at the end. PLEASE CAN SOMEBODY SORT MY PROBLEM OUT.
