Unhappy client

We've been trying for days to cancel an out of contract sim with Mtn. When I called 135 and spoke to one of their other technicians, they said that there are technical difficulties with retention line. It's absurd to struggle for days on end to cancel a contract, I'm sure the upgrade would have been done in minutes, as that means money for them
