Unhappy client

I would like to understand why MTN is still charging me fees whilst I have paid and closed off my account 'in October 2023 in the Norwood branch .Your service is the worst guys honestly.Im not paying any amounts due to your system errors .Whoever is looking into getting a phone contract. Let MTN be the last option trust me .
