Unhappy client!!!!!

Got mine in November last year, with an installment of R1600p/m including the insurance. However, MTN deducted R2400 from my account instead. Despite numerous attempts to contact them and resolve this issue, they continue to promise a solution without taking any action.

I visited the MTN branch in Century City, only to be advised to pay the incorrect amount of R2400 to avoid damaging my credit score while they investigate. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the lack of progress and assistance from MTN.
