UNHAPPY CLIENT ABOUT MTNCELLPHONE INSURANCE AND COURIER IT

I am Nelisiwe, I have a cellphone insurance with MTN for 5 years, in February the 09th I put in a claim since I was ****** and lost a phone. After a month the claim was successful then the phone was sent to COURIER IT to deliver. 5 March 2024 I received a text from courier delivery guy informing me that he will deliver the phone, but I had to change the delivery address to my workplace instead of home since there is no one at home during the day.

since the 5 of March 2024, I have been waiting for delivery. I have tried to contact Courier company; they transfer my call from one person to another until they drop the phone on my ear. Mtn consultants are also not helping because whenever I call for an update, they keep telling me that the "courier company with deliver today".
