Your The Glen branches are entirely useless! Both branches, 3 months ago my father “migrated from a 10GB data package to a 50GB package”, neither of the glen branches knew that this was possible, clearly stating the incompetence of your staff once again. Being told that “no the previous upgrade was a youtube contract” yet here we are using the contract for normal data purposes. Furthermore, rectifying an issue through your call centre seems impossible too! A query of 5 months ago because of someone’s incompetence or little knowledge of the job, still not resolved? But you claim to be the best network in SA?
