Unhappy Client

I app**** for an upgrade two months ago and I am still waiting for the phone I requested. <br> <br> I have now returned to work, I am no longer at home so I am not sure who is meant to receive the phone, I have called countless times and have been promised to be called back with no avail. I even called the courier to give the driver directions, who was rude and advised that I am wasting his time.<br> <br> They soo quick debit your account for payment but are not able to deliver good service!!! <br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
